COVID forced multiple 24 Hour Fitness locations into an Chapter 11 reorganization and while other locations closed, Grandway led the prized Texas SuperSport location into a restructure of their lease.

Blessing In Disguise?

With the state mandated shutdowns and enforcement, COVID sadly forced multiple 24 Hour Fitness and Gold’s Gym into Chapter 11 Reorganization. While other locations closed, Grandway successfully led 24 Hour Fitness through its’ transformational journey.

Lease restructuring helped this prized Texas SuperSport location emerge a stronger tenant, laser-focused on bringing their members the best fitness experience at the gym and at home. Another way Grandway’s foresight and experience turned a bad situation into an opportunity.
