Real Estate Development

Our investment background in real estate development projects ranges from luxury single-family homes and multi-family projects to planned residential communities and land development. The goal is to bring to our clients high quality real estate development projects with strong fundamentals, value-add opportunities, and capital protection, while adding value to and being respectful of the local communities. Our relationship with the local communities, owners, lenders, contractors, and other developers and partners provide us an advantage in land sourcing, entitlement, planning, financing, and construction.

Real Estate Income Properties

Our investment expertise in real estate income properties is primarily fosuced on high-quality income properties in the United States, including multi-family, multi-tenant retail, and single-tenant retail properties, which can be acquired at a discount to stabilized value or replacement cost. We seek to bring to our investors strong, consistent income and asset appreciation through cost-effective management, extensive research and due diligence, economies of scale, and tax optimization. We also leverage our extensive relationship with owners, lenders, intermediaries and other partners for deal sourcing, as well as our offshore investment structure for potential tax advantages.

Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Other Alternatives

Alternative invsetments management is Grandway’s longest standing business expertise since our inception. We provide advisory and management services for hedge funds, private equity, and special opportunities investments. Historically, Grandway’s investment footprint in alternative investments has spanned a wide range of industries across Asia Pacific, United States, and Developed Europe. Our alternative investments team combines quantitative and qualitative analysis with extensive due diligence to bring top-tier investment programs and projects that cater to the risk and return requirements of our clients.

Where applicable, we seek to create and uncover value by providing businesses with timely capital for expansion, transition or restructuring. The investment strategies and programs we have managed include hedge funds, fund of funds, structured financing, mergers & acquisitions financing, distressed investments, and renewable energy investments.
