2020 Outstanding Stormwater BMP Award Recipient

CASC: California Stormwater Quality Association awarded Brasada Estates with “Outstanding Stormwater BMP Implementation Project or Program.”

The vision Grandway successfully accomplished was to plan the construction of 65 individual homesites carefully set in the cherished hillsides of the San Gabriel Mountain, while minimizing the impact to the existing environment.
